Are you asking about the pricing or the proposal? If you’re asking about pricing, it is the same. Your pricing should reflect your competency—basic, intermediate, expert— regardless of whether your talking about graphic design (logo design, layout, artwork creation) or front-end coding (html/css,javascript, php). You start from $15-$25 and go up to $75-$125. If you’re charging the higher range, you are confident in your work, execute quickly, and have natural talent. Talent is a gift, that can be learned with hard work.
If you are referring to writing up a proposal, again, it’s the same. Figure out how to break our your work into 3-4 stages, and schedule approval/payment based on successful execution of each stage. If you are coding, you’d get the retainer; then code a page template, or two, depending on the project; then replicate and build; then testing on multiple browsers/devices; then launch—something like that.

I attended the Geeky by Nature lecture on Friday April 1, 2011. I viewed two speakers one by the name of Eddie Opara & another named Robert Hodgin. Both show cased previous, and on going work in their field.

Eddie Opara discussed building a source that communicates all around the world. While Robert Hodgin focused on discovering new things that inspire him.

The three lectures I attended on Friday, started at 2p w/ Alan Klement, 3:15p w/ Eddie Opara and 4:30p Robert Hodgin. The most interesting one was Robert Hodgin. He knew how to capture his audience. His tone and mannerism was superb. He showed us things he like nothing particular. Just in general. But, he held my attention and that was good. Thank you again for inviting me.

Apple has started a war that affects directly and primarily its clients. As Google, Apple has entered the phone business also but they are impeding clients from using a popular software as Flash, which most of us are so used to see. Technology changes to make our lives easier. HTML5 is coming and Adobe has promised “to adding more capabilities to [their] software around HTML as it evolves”. Apple should also give their customers the software they need as technology advances.

I moved to the US 10 years ago, but still I can’t tell when someone has a native English accent. This video is funny because the accent used is very obvious. I live in Brooklyn, so I have to learn a little more to chew my vowels

I was born in the Dominican Republic and raised until I was 4. I don’t remember anything from DR. Since my memories are more from Brooklyn, I always say that’s where I’m from. Though I will never ever forget my roots, Brooklyn will always be THE BEST!

Is Jay Leno from Brooklyn because that’s what the voice sounded like and as for Queens it sounds like Lois Griffin from Family Guy, is Quahog actually in Queens and not Rhode Island?…hmmm we must find the truth…hahaha Queens was my favorite!!!
